Yellow For Respect

Yesterday we talked about RESPECT for Character Counts! day. We wore yellow for respect to help us remember the GOLDEN RULE. We learned that being RESPECTFUL means we treat others with respect, follow the Golden Rule, be tolerant and accepting of differences, use good manners, not bad language, be considerate of the feelings of others, don’t threaten, hit or hurt anyone, and deal peacefully with anger, insults, and disagreements. Here are some of the kids in our class sporting their YELLOW clothes!
